Motherboard Upgrade Dell E5550.

I have a Dell E5550 laptop. The specs are: 

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5300U CPU @ 2.30GHz, 2295 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

BaseBoard Product 0W4CTJ

I want to upgrade the motherboard to an i7 system, specifically to this one from a US parts supplier. I found out the part number I should look for: SKU: K9D27. I'd be grateful to know if the item in the pics below is suitable for my system. Thanks in advance and much obliged for any help.
