Optiplex 3000 Micro can't boot from USB

Question

Hi, We have bought several Optiplex 3000 Micro's.

We are trying to deploy them via USB.

When we insert the USB and press F12 for bios, the pc starts restarting in a loop.

If I boot without USB the PC can get to BIOS just fine.

I have tried several USB's with several images and the same error occurs.

I have also tried turning off secure boot, but that gives the same result.

As these are UEFI-only, you must use boot media that's UEFI-bootable -- how were the "images" prepared?

The image must also have the Intel RAID support loaded as the drive is almost certainly running in Intel RAID mode.
