Please help restore the old Dell peripheral manager version 1.7

Could you please share with me the older version (v1.7) of the Dell Peripheral Manager?

I have a user who is encountering an issue while setting up Windows Hello (Face Recognition). The error message appears only after we updated to the latest version of the Dell Peripheral Manager.
