Power And Keyboard Issue
My dell latitude E7470 core i7 6600U 6th generation keep shutting down itself and doesn't turn on with power key unless i plugged in the ac adapter and remove it. Also, some of the keys on the keyboard are not working (g, h, ", F4 and power button is not effective at all)

Sounds like at least a keyboard replacement is needed, and possibly a mainboard replacement as well. You may want to compare the value of the system to the cost of the replacement parts.

That would be impossible -- this model dates from 2016 and was in production through 2017.
Even if it is "new", it has a battery that's about eight years old that's likely dead of old age -- start there.
