Problems with dual boot with Latitude 5400

Dear community,

After the New year's Day I have received Latitude 5400 and because I need Linux I made a dual boot Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and everything was working perfectly until I updated BIOS about 2 weeks ago. Since then I can use Windows 10 without any problems but in order to boot Ubuntu the laptop has to be plugged in with AC charger, when running on battery power the booting process freeze. 

Are there any suggestions what can I do with that?
