Replace 1366×786 Screen With A 1080p.
I'm Having Issues With My Dell Latitude 3520 screen Can I replace 3520 HD (1366×786) screen with an FHD (1920x1080)? Will this work?

Yes, if you get a display that was one of the options offered with the Latitude 3520. You cannot use just any display, even if it fits and the connector fits. Your motherboard will communicate with only what it was designed to accept.
Parts-People shows a list of compatible displays for your model. Unfortunately, the FHD screens are out of stock. You could email them to ask about upcoming availability, or buy the same part number elsewhere.
Whenever touching components or working inside a computer, wear a grounded wrist strap, also called anti-static wrist strap, ESD wrist strap, or ground bracelet. It's a cheap and sensible precaution. Rest the laptop on an anti-static mat or at least a reasonable alternative such as corrugated cardboard.

The other thing to consider is that it is not uncommon to need a new display wiring harness to connect a higher resolution screen. And if the system is under warranty, note that a display replacement will almost certainly void the warranty.
