share internet connection - virtual wlan hotspot doesn't work

Hi,

I have an old Dell Latitude with Windows 7 and wanted to generate a virtual WLAN hotspot, but unfortunately it doesn't work.

What I did:

1. netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow  (--> woks)
2. netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid=dellhotspot key=11115555aa keyUsage=persistent (--> works)
4. netsh wlan start hostednetwork (--> doesn't work!!!)

Failure (translated):
The hosted network wasn't started.
The group or ressource do not have the right condition for this operation.
======================================================

Does someone know, what to do?
