Should I replace the thermal pad ?
Hi, I have a dell latitude e6540.
I want to find a maximum cooling solution for my laptop. I try to replace the thermal paste with Kryonaut, ZF extreme. The temperature after repaste is acceptable, but the GPU AMD 8790m still throttling because one-fan design of dell. So I want to replace the thermal pad of GPU to increase the cooling.the thermal pad
I find a very good thermal pad to replace (12wmk)
Should I do replace the original thermal pad ? Any threats can happen ? Can I put more thermal pad on other parts ? ( Ram,...)
I'm looking foward to hearing the answer from community. Sorry for my bad English.
