Ensure that the SIM card is properly inserted into the SIM card tray. Remove the tray from the device, carefully reinsert the SIM card, and then reinsert the tray into the device. Make sure the SIM card is properly aligned and seated securely in the tray. Inspect the SIM card for any signs of physical damage, such as scratches or bent connectors. If the SIM card appears to be damaged, try using a different SIM card or contact your mobile service provider to obtain a replacement SIM card. Dust or debris on the SIM card or inside the SIM card tray can interfere with proper contact. Use a soft, lint-free cloth or cotton swab to gently clean the SIM card and the tray, removing any dirt or particles. Be careful not to scratch or damage the SIM card or tray during the cleaning process. Perform a restart or reboot of your device. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches or connectivity issues.

 tamer_abdulaal,

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
