Sound problems, Dell windows 10, 64-bit

Hello. Anyone to please help me with fixing my Latitude E6520. It has lost sound since the time I put my headsets. I tried updating, disabling all the audio enhancements, run adio troubleshooting, but it has all been in vain. I don't know if there's a certain driver I should download but I tried some audio drivers like Realtek High definition. It also failed. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Hi! Now there is no sound not in headset/external speakers nor in internal speakers?

You headset has a 3.5mm jack connection or USB connection?

Can you check if sound works in ePSA and in wireless headphones?

My headset works well but the external speakers don't, they stopped when I started putting headset
