STMicroelectronics Free Fall Sensor Code 10

My Free Fall Sensor can't get started. It always has Code 10 in the device manager of Windows 10. I installed the dell driver.

Driver: https://www.dell.com/support/home/de/de/debsdt1/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=fy0m0&oscode=wt64a&productcode=xps-15-9570-laptop

What can I do?

@handictra

STMicroelectronics Free Fall Data Protection Driver:

https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=dfdp5&oscode=wt64a&productcode=latitude-e5470-laptop

Since you have an SSD the Free Fall Protection is NOT NEEDED.

If the driver does not remove the CODE 10 I would not worry about it.

SSD's do not have Head Stack Assembles!!!

Therefore there are no heads to emergency retract if the laptop is bumped or dropped.

Welcome to the Dell Community  @handictra

What type of hard drive do you have installed SSD or HDD???

To better assist you, the members and I would need the exact model number of your laptop/desktop???

Identify your Dell:

Thanks

But can I make the "problem" somehow unvisible or out of any ways?
