Stuck on preparing automatic repair
My dell laptop is stuck on preparing automatic repair and it stuck there for days I try reboot and it still there can yall help me out here

Start with a full system diagnostic (F12 at powerup). If you're not an AI bot, post back with the results and the exact system model (Latitude E5420, etc.).
