suffering with a internal keyboard issue

Question

I have been suffering with a internal keyboard issue. I have used the KeyboardTest to find out which keys were stuck and it displayed a "Power" key being pressed, with windows key code 255 (0xff). It doesn't register on the visual representation of the keyboard though, so can anyone help me identify what key is it?

Thanks bro I don't know my laptop model, on front it is highlighted latitude and nothing be else, how can I come to know the model name, then the answer of the question much easier.

I am having the same problem with my internal keyboard of my dell inspiron 3521 laptop. In the keyboard tester the pressed key code is 255 (0xff) .

I wpuld be hinghly obliged to get a solution from your side and will be highly thankfull.
