Suspicious app running in task manager

Hell everyone,

I am highly suspicious of a version of alps touchpad which I see running in task manager. It has the logo of a carrot, and around the time i started seeing it my windows defender got messed up and bitdefender stopped functioning and scanning. I have done tons of scans with various softwares (malwarebytes/panda/bitdefender and more) and each found things here and there. I cleaned up what I could but this suspicious alps thing keeps popping up. I am worried it is a rootkit/ something that keeps reactivating. Can anyone reassure me that alps have indeed chosen a carrot for their logo on task manager? I have attached a screenshot to help assess the situation.

Thanks
