Swapping E7250 touch screen display for non touch LCD

I have had three nice high resolution touch screen E7250 vintage laptop that all suffered delaminating display in storage. It was sad.

i then have had multiple regular e7250 with either loud cpu fan or broken keyboard but with intact lcd. 

so I swapped the delaminated glass display for the good regular lcd.

in my experience removing screws are not big deal , yes a lot of screws to remove to remove palm rest.

but prying off keyboard bezel is a risky thing

a little bit try may crack it broken 

prying off keyboard after removing kb screw is also risky. I found once a key cap is accidentally detached , it ruins the whole kb. There is absolutely no way I can attach the key cap back after it got detached, woe was I feeling.
