Swollen battery on Latitude E5570

I have a Latitude E5570 that warranty was expired in September 2019. Even if the computer has a few years of use the battery should not become swollen like this. I notice when I was going move my computer on the desk that the lid could not be closed and I then saw that the battery was so swollen so plastic case of the laptop had rised.

The battery looked like this:

I had to remove and leave the battery to a recycling place for proper disposal because of the risc of having a battery like this.

I find no way to contact support about this. Anyone know if its possible to get a replacement from dell?
