Trouble Starting Latitude 7350
I have a Latitude 7350 which had been working fine. Then installed some windows updates and now it will no longer boot into windows.
It would load the to windows sign on screen then immediately start shutting down. I preceded in trying to restore/reset from advanced start up options but it seems I could not because there was no local admin, so I downloaded the most recent windows ISO and loaded that and basically the same thing, see video (I even tried previous versions of windows (i.e. 1909, 2004), all with the same result.

This would make me believe it is a hardware issue, however, I tried loading Ubuntu on it and that works without issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

This is related to drivers. My 7350 started shutting down after my first reboot following the Win10 2004 update a few days ago.
-I wiped the drive and reloaded Windows via the MS Media Creation Tool. It installed 2004 again and started the shutdown loop right after I connected it to wifi. I couldn't even complete the initial Windows 10 setup.
-I wiped the drive again and loaded windows from an older ISO, 1809 32-bit, and it worked just fine. However, I need 64 bit so...
-I wiped the drive again and went back to the new 2004 64-bit from the MCT. This time, I DID NOT connect to the internet. I was able to complete the setup with a generic account and get into Windows. I installed all of the missing drivers individually, starting at the top of Device Manager. Everything was fine until I installed Intel's "Thermal Framework Wireless Participant" driver. As soon as that driver completed, the laptop shut down and would not boot again. To be sure, I repeated this process and it did the same thing on the same driver.
Once I was sure it was not a hardware failure, I went to Dell's 7350 page and discovered that they released two critical updates in the last 24 hours. One for the BIOS (A20) and the other for "Intel Management Engine Components Installer". Shocker...
I installed both of those, connected to the internet and ran Windows Updates until Windows and all drivers were done. Everything works fine now.
You may be able to just update the BIOS to get it to boot again and then install the new drivers. Not sure.

No clue what I downloaded the most recent windows ISO and loaded that means.
Use Media Creation Tool on another Windows PC to create bootable USB. Boot into the USB and choose Repair. See if that works.

Sorry, that meant that I used the media creation tool to get the latest version of windows and tried to do a fresh install

Just wanted to post back and say thank you!!
So far after updating the BIOS the system has not restarted and I've been able to apply the rest of the windows updates!

I had this exact same problem. As soon as I would attach to the network the machine would update and would be stuck in a eternal loop of shutting down as soon as it boots.
I reinstalled win10 for the 6th time, didn't connect to internet, and then upgraded the bios off a usb drive. Restarted the machine and did all updates no problem! Thanks!
