Trusted Device software install instructions are incomplete
Latitude 7280
I'm trying to install Trusted Device verification software. The app kept showing "security score unavailable" but after 20 minutes it magically worked. I have red warnings and the details are.
----
BIOS Verification
BIOS data used to perform verification invalid
BIOS verification encountered an invalid BIOS data error. Please restart the machine. If the issue persists, upgrade Dell Trusted Devices
ME Verification
Unknown error occurred
ME verification encountered an unknown error. Please restart the machine. If the issue persists, upgrade Dell Trusted Devices
Secured Component Verification
Platform Not Supported
Platform not supported for secured component verification. Please upgrade Dell Trusted Device to the lastest released version
-----
Prior to this I just installed the latest BIOS update. But now I found two more zip files to download.
PROD-CSG-SCV-Root-1.00
Trusted_Device_agent_scripts-1.4
These are not executables. One is a script to verify BIOS, that I assume the Trusted Device software uses. But I don't know what to do with them. The installation instructions incorrectly claim there is an executable.

I tried paid support but this was not their area. I was given the number to call Dell Data Security. That person told me it will not verify because of "expired license." And that I had to have an In-warranty device for Trusted Security to work. Really? How to verify that? Does anyone have an out of warranty computer with Trusted Device that verifies the BIOS?
