Turning off problem Latitude 7320
Good day. A shutdown problem has been revealed on my Dell 7320 laptop with Windows 11 Pro. The problem appeared after installing purely Win 11 Pro, installing Windows Update, Dell Command Update and IOBit Driver Booster. After selecting Power Off in the Start menu, the laptop won't turn off. A black screen appears, the switch [with LED] is on all the time and the laptop fan even speeds up. Has anyone come across something like this?

Problem solved. The reason for the trouble was the driver marked in IOBit Driver Booster: Intel SMBus - A0A3 15.21.1.21 from 07/31/2020. After resigning from updating it (version 10.1.24.6 from 07/18/1978 was left), the laptop shuts down normally.

Hi, I am having the same issue. After installing a vanilla Windows 10 21H2 on the Dell Latitude 7320 the laptop will not shutdown a black screen appears, the switch and LED is on all the time and the laptop fan stays on and the laptop can get very hot if a force / hard shutdown using the power button is not done. I can not find the Intel SMBus driver in Device Manager - do you know if it might be called something else.

Maybe http://www41.driveridentifier.com/ can find and change SMBus - A0A3 driver.
