Everything is soldered onto the mainboard. De-solder the components in question to remove them.
That said, you're likely going to need a donor board to harvest the replacement from.
That said, replacement mainboards are inexpensive - they start at about $40 on EBay so it likely is simpler to replace the mainboard.
