Upgrade or release rugged laptop

You'll need to decide whether you want rugged portability or high performance video.  High performance GPUs like the GeForce chips you've mentioned are power-hungry and prodigious producers of heat, which requires ventilation to dissipate.  That in turn requires a relatively open chassis that's at odds with the durability mission of these systems, which must resist spills and dust intrusion.

No one notebook can do both high performance video and serve as a shock and environment-resistant portable.

If so, it's a small segment of a niche market - - I doubt you'll see Dell enter it.  The small number of rugged systems sold, then split into an even smaller market wanting better video means it's likely there's no business case to be made for offering such a system.

That's perfect for a niche player like Durabook -- but not for a major player like Dell (or Lenovo, etc.).

@ejn63​ sorry to beat dead horse here, but you are soooo wrong.

Op wanted rugged and good performance, never said it has to be low power consumption. With high performance only problem is size, but since it's clunky rugged, not anymore. About ventilation, don't you know those laptops have one already? It just needs to be closed.

And any laptop is more portable than PC
