USB C stop work on turn on - only reload

Hi,

I have a problem with my latitude 7275, lateral usb c stop work on turn on of the latitude so not permit me to use mouse.

I'm using a usb c to usb 3.0 converter.

The system work only if before login on windows i restart the system without switching off.

Do you have a solution for me? I have already reinstall all the driver.

thanks for your reply.

In my Power Options there is not USB Setting.

In all case, I have seen that power is going from laptop to USB; the problem is just the system that is not reading the interface. The strange thing is that appear only on the turn on.

In the Windows login page, before login your restart all works.

Don't know. I use a USB mouse but not on USB-C port.
