Here's what I would do:

  1. Check in Settings | Activation to ensure that Windows 10 is activated. If it is, it will reactivate automatically after you clean install Windows 10 and connect to the Internet.
  2. Backup your personal files to an external drive and save any licence keys you will need to reinstall applications.
  3. Use Microsoft's Media Creation Tool to create a bootable flash drive with Windows 10 installer
  4. Disconnect all peripherals: printers; USB devices; media cards; USB hubs and extenders; etc.
Boot from the flash drive and install windows from scratch.
  5. After installing Windows 10 and before you connect to Internet, install Intel Chipset Device Software and Intel Management Engine Components.

You will find that the Intel HD Graphics 3000 driver will install automatically the first time you connect to Windows Update.

A clean install will get you past all the garbage that has accumulated in years of use and in the upgrade from Win7 to Win10.

I did as exactly as you told me brother, but the problem remains the same. Windows 10 had automatically installed the Intel HD 3000 driver after connecting to the internet & install it properly as no pop ups are shown but the display doesn't show after rebooting.
