Waves MaxxAudio Pro vs Dell Optimiser vs Realtek audio driver

After Realtek driver update to version 10.0.66.160, A04, I am having audio devices compatibility issues on Lattitude 7320 Detachable laptop running Windows 11:

• in Dell Optimizer app, the Audio tab disappeared;
  
  
• the Waves MaxxAudio Pro for Dell 2019 app either shows an empty black screen, or pops up with error messages prompting me to 'update the driver' and telling me that the 'default audio device is not compatible'.

The Realtek driver description specifically states:
"This audio driver requires the Waves MaxxAudio Pro or Dell Optimizer application to be installed to have full functionality."

I appreciate my laptop may not be compatible with the Wave MaxxAudio Pro app, but it definitely came with Dell Optimizer app reinstalled. Yet, the Realtek driver seems to have removed the Audio controls functionality from Dell Optimizer?
