WavesMaxPro - App Missing For Standard Users - Latitude 5510

Hello,

Attempting to diagnose an issue whereby an end user has stopped receiving the pop-up dialogue when connecting headphones to the laptop however the WavesMaxPro app is only available when signing into the system as a user with admin rights.

Should this control panel not be available to all users? If so how can I ensure that a) it can be accessed and b) if it cannot be accessed by standard users how we can affect the settings to display the dialogue when connecting headphones or other items to the audio jack?

The device in question has had all recent driver updates applied and this makes no difference to the access.
