@difficult_guy if the system was purchased from us with a copy of Windows installed the system should never ask you for a product key. It shouldn't also advise that your Windows license has expired. That would suggest that there may be a disconnect between your system and Microsoft's license tool.
I would recommend you run through their activation troubleshooter first as that may resolve the issue for you - https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/20527/windows-10-activation-troubleshooter
If that fails to resolve the issue you coudl try the steps outlined in the following 3rd party site -http://www.pcerror-fix.com/fix-windows-license-will-expire-soon-windows-10

Is it a marketing Windows 10 sticker or a license sticker with the 25 digit key?
Do you know if the laptop actually came with a Windows 10 license from Dell?
Does it have a Windows 7 license sticker in the battery compartment?
Windows licenses don't expire unless they were initially installed without a valid license. A license can also be blacklisted if it has been installed in more PC's than the number allowed.
If you do have a valid Windows 7 license, reinstalling Windows 10 with that license will meet Microsoft's current guidelines.

As mentioned, it does have a Window's sticker at bottom of my laptop. How I can obtain its licence key without re-installing whole windows. As I will have to lose all of my data from my laptop and it might take full day to do this job. I need my laptop to apply jobs and reply emails almost every day.
I will appreciate your help mate

From what I can see from your image, that's a Windows marketing label, not a license label with the 25-digit key.
You should contact whoever sold you the laptop for a resolution.

There are NO MORE Permanent Activation's.
You must touch the Microsoft License server every 180 days or it will de activate.
DELL OEM versions of Windows perform an activation check every 180 days.
Periodically, Windows will check the hardware configuration of the computer on which the operating system is installed. If the operating system detects that the hardware is substantially different, reactivation is also required.
