Windows 11 Latitude 7280

Check with the manufacturer of the fingerprint reader and camera -- Dell does not support Windows 11 on this model (neither does Microsoft) -- so any driver updates would have to come from the component manufacturers.

If the hardware is working, you may need an updated  utility to use them -- which you likely will never see released, because of the issue mentioned just above.

you can attempt download the Dell ControlVault2 driver exe for the finger sensor (Windows 10) and run it in Windows 11 with compatibility mode setup for Win 10, if such an option exists.  No promise it will work but in my ignorant opinion Win 11 in some ways is just another final update of Win 10 in new skin, so there may be a good chance it might work.
