CPU Fan Not Functioning on Alienware m18 R2 under Linux

Hello everyone, I've encountered an issue with my Alienware m18 R2 running Linux, where one of the fans remains at 0% and does not activate at all. Based on my observations, it appears to be the CPU fan, as the CPU heats up significantly more than when I'm running Windows, while the GPU maintains normal temperatures. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

powerstat and MangoHud are reporting 0W on my CPU, i think it's link with the fan at 0% https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2280159
