Hello! There is either something wrong with the test or something wrong with the drive. If the drive came with the computer, you can contact Dell and have it troubleshooted and/or replaced. If its 3rd party you will have to contact Samsung. There may be an updated driver and/or BIOS file you can use.
The driver came with the computer. So, you suggest to contact Dell.
As a side note:
The laptop has 1 year warranty.
I'll have to pay something in case no defect is discovered? I'm asking this because the company that sold me the system told me something like this (that I have to pay the investigation if nothing is discovered !?).
Hello! Drivers for your computer can be found here. I didn't see anything for samsung. In terms of warranty, I've never heard of Dell charging to use the service when the computer is under warranty, but i'm not sure where you are at. If you have to go through a 3rd party retailer, its possible.
Unless it is at Samsung's website, probably not. If the ssd controller itself is failing its going to have to be replaced anyway. I would contact Dell support in your area.
