Dell Vostro 1510 in Brazil and using Linux. Questions.
Hi,
First question: if I buy a Dell Vostro 1510, it will be possible to use Linux with my notebook?
Second question: the Dell Vostro 1510 I buy in Brazil is the same as if I buy in the USA? I mean, is it the same hardware?
I am from Brazil and I want to buy a Dell notebook, but I couldn't get help from Dell in Brazil, so, I am trying here. The reason is that I want a notebook to use Linux, not Windows and there is not this option in Brazil.
Thank you for attention.

P.S. as noticed, English is not my native language. :-)

Welcome to the forum casfre. ;)
Which distro do you intend on using?
I don't see why not. Have a read here:

Yes it should be.
It's the same for me where I live. :(
The only option is to buy the laptop with windows, remove it and install Linux yourself. It is a little annoying paying for an OS you'll never use though...
