Yeah that worked. We also tried reinstalling from the rescue USB stick created during the install procedure and that worked as well. Again, too bad it isn't an option during the initial setup procedure, but now we have our process down. Thanks for the support!

Update to the community, Dell has reached out to me in a private message for support. That is still ongoing, so no definitive answer yet.

My company also require full disk encryption if we run Linux on our laptops. The answer here is a bit incomplete. How was this resolved?
