Begin by finding and writing down your BitLocker Key 48 character reference.

Then you need to be absolutely certain that there is NO Fast Boot, Fast Startup or Hibernation enabled.

You may want to disable the BitLocker encryption and make backups of your DATA.

Check the downloaded ubuntu .iso before creating the USB with AnyBurn or Rufus etc.

Then please report/show the progress you make with the install.
