Kubuntu 23.04 fails installing 1.21 firmware
Hi,
Im getting pop out to continue install the 1.21 update but its not working and I'm not getting any errors.
Could I get some help with that?

This is not helping, I send the service-tag and they told me warranty is ended so I need to communicate with dell-cares but the only question that I get is to search in help articles that not solve my problem.
Could a human please help me?

There is a possibility that the fwupd is not running, or its GUI is malfunctioning. Try this:
$ sudo service fwupd start
$ sudo fwupdmgr refresh
$ sudo fwupdmgr update
