Operating System

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. It is pretty slow. I was thinking about changing its operating system. Now it is running Windows 7 but I am thinking about changing it to Nobara Linux, Windows 7 Lite or the MacOS Catalina (10.15) although I found it is not usable in the laptop due to some reason but anyway. But can someone tell me which of these can be best or should I continue with the Windows 7.
