can i ask you for some further informations?
'lsusb -v' output may help, you can attach as a file or paste in some pastebins around (eg http://paste.ubuntu-nl.org/).

Inspiron 1521 and 7.10 Ubuntu bluetooth it works very nice :D recongized in the instalation

I don't see a real solution. I haven't Windows (XP or Vista) installed on my machine and no space to install it. Is anyone have a pure Linux solution to this problem?
