Update on XPS 13/15 2016 Developer Edition availability

Will the skylake xps 13 (9350) DE be available for purchase in Canada ?

Specifically the i5 touch QHD+ (3200 x 1800) screen. If so within the next 2 months ?

I'm pretty sure this means it will be out after 16.04. This seems perfectly reasonable to me as if it is a matter of a couple of weeks, might as well wait for the LTS.
