Upgrading ubuntu 20.04 lts to ubuntu 22.04 lts

What are the scheduled dates for the release of the ubuntu 22.04 lts installer for Dell 7560 (which came with ubuntu 20.04 lts from factory)? Is there any official procedure to run this update? The robotics industry needs to constantly upgrade depending on the advancement of the tools used in the field and needs a business partner (hardware supplier) to go along with it!
