Have you tried the Ubuntu forums? They have a section specifically for Dell computers. http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=256 Give them as much information about your system as you can and as complete a description of the problem as you can. Also if you purchased the support package you should have the contact information for Conical, and you can contact them for direct one on one support.

Which Cursor Issue? You've not said a thing about the issue you're having.

i lose control of the cursor. this can happen with both the touchpad and a mouse and nothing in particular seems to cause it. the cursor goes crazy, running from the top of the screen and down, repeatedly. sometimes i can regain control by thumping the touchpad, sometimes i have to reboot the x. at this point, im not sure if its hardware or software related, cause i can be fine for hours, then BAM, it goes out on me. VERY annoying!
