WiFi driver for Dell Inspiron 14 R 5420 on Fedora 17

Hi,

I bought Dell Inspiron 14 R 5420 last week. Yesterday i installed Fedora 17. Everything fine other than WiFi.

Googled some solution but those things didn't work for me.

Please provide linux wifi module for Dell Inspiron 14 R 5420.

Hi securekumar,

We have drivers available for windows based Operating Systems and unfortunately, drivers for Linux based operating systems are not available as of now. Could you provide the model of the wireless card so that I can research on this issue.

Hi Manshu S,

I am also facing similar problems.No proprietary drivers are available for it.

Here are details of lspci command which might help you in solving the problem.

02:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation Device 4365 (rev 01)

03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros
