XPS 13 9320 Camera not working after some suspend/hibernate cycles

I am running the official Dell Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS  distribution on my XPS 13 9320 and the camera works generally well.

However, after some hibernate and/or suspend cycles the camera doesn't work any longer and a reboot is needed.

I tried to add

SUSPEND_MODULES="ov01a10"

to /etc/pm/config.d/99_ov01a10 but it didn't help
