XPS 13 9360 Fan Speed

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know how to set/change the setting of the CPU's fan speed?

Currently, the Fan kicks in when the CPU reaches 90C and I would like to set it up in a way that the fan will kick in at 70C instead.

Could someone please help me with this?

My OS is Ubuntu 17.04 but I can also install a different Linux flavor.
