I've recently bought a XPS 13 9360 (the i5 model with Ubuntu 16.04 pre-installed).

I can't figure how to use the Powershare capability of the USB 3.0 port.

I did activate it in the BIOS, but still my phone won't charge through neither of the USB 3.0 port while the laptop is either in sleep, hibernate or shutdown. Even though the laptop battery is full and the AC plugged in.

(On my other laptop, it works just fine using the same phone and usb cable)

Is someone else encountering the same issue as I am ?

I haven't tried the USB-C port, because I don't have any hardware to test with.
