About warranty alienware 15
Hi everyone.
Could anybody explain to me how the warranty works ?
I have the CompleteCare warranty.
Is there any mail address to contact them or online service chat ?

Hi,
Can you explain the problem that you’re having with your Alienware system? The Complete Care warranty covers accidental damage (example=liquid spillages, broken parts, etc).

My laptop was sent about 1 month ago, but I did not have time enough to check that everything was ok.
Few days ago I checked the laptop and I have seen a few scratches on it due to how the laptop was packed.
The laptop was expensive so I was surprised that it was packed in that simple way, and I was guessing if my guarantee cover this damages, as it was not my fault.
Can you confirm that my guarantee cover this kind of damages, please?
