Adobe Flash Player Installer and its related problems.
I am experiencing a trouble of a Notice frequently appearing on the screen suggesting me to download “Adobe Flash Player Installer” to get an improved view of websites. This Notice has been generated by –“Adobe Systems Incoporated”. Now my Problem is that in past I had allowed Download for the above software, and which, as per my observation, had lead to system rebooting problem couple with non-functioning of Windows Defender. So, I now feel hesitant to repeat the same fault now.
I am using Windows Vista (32-bit) desk top DELL Dimension E520. I wish to know how DELL has solved the problem for all Users of 32-bit. An expert view from any Senior participants will be gladly accepted.

You should go ahead and update Flash as it makes your machine vulnerable when unpatched. If you don't want to do it the update way, then uninstall Flash and download the latest from http://www.adobe.com

You have to learn which companies to trust and which not to. Adobe is OK. On a 32-bit system it should not cause any problems at all.
