Alien respawn taking too long
Hi im trying to restore my Alienware 17 using the alien respawn program, I choose to back up my files and I started the process but it have passed 2 hours and its still at 0% in the second step (backing up data and AlienRespawn settings...) It's this normal? It say that I can't cancel the process so I don't know what to do.
