Alien Ware Command Center Wont Download!
So I did the service number on my alien ware m15x that was purchased in 2012 but I got it on ebay and the guy had to do a windows 7 reinstall for me and I can't download Alienware Command center everytime I try I get this error message that says it isn't compatible with my processor and it's odd because my laptop has all the lights and stuff and should defiantly be able to have it. PLEASE HELP I really want to be able to change my lights and stuff.

That’s not normal, do you know if he made any change in the hardware?
I would recommend you flash the BIOS to the latest version you find in the Dell site and try to download the command center again.

This is how you install drivers (and correct order) after Win7 clean install:

This page list the "laptop" version of CommandCenter that you need. Were you trying the desktop version maybe?
