AlienAutopsy: Software Not Installed

I own an Alienware M11x-R3 bought last May 2011 and I am from Malaysia.

I wanted to check if all parts of my system was working fine or not, so I tried clicking this link: http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/my/en/mydhs1/diagnostics?c=my&l=en&s=dhs

It's the Dell PC Diagnostics page.

I happen to have been using Google Chrome for daily use, so my first visit there told me to use IE7+.

I then switched to Internet Explorer 9, entered the same url.

Clicked on the bright green button which says "Run Diagnostic". It opens a lightbox effect window and some prompts for allowing software to run appear and I click ok on all of 'em.

#loop

Suddenly, an alienware window opens. AlienAutopsy Installation, it greets me.

And then the window disappears and I'm greeted  with this on the PC Diagnostic page:

So being the obedient Alienware owner I am, I rebooted my system.

After reboot, went to the same URL for PC Diagnostics and then i'm greeted with what happened after #loop above.

goto #loop

I did the #loop - goto #loop for a few times, before realizing something might have been wrong.

I search the internet using Google. I found the link for the AlienAutopsy installer. It's on this part of the web: http://content.dellsupportcenter.com/updates/aulauncher.exe

I downloaded it, tried to run it.

It went through the same greeting as when I accessed the PC Diagnostic page: AlienAutopsy Installation -- "Searching for Updates"

Then after a while it displayed this message:

So off to the 24x7 Telephone Technical Support that I had purchased (Dell Care Premium) for 3 years I go.

I dial the number as what was in my invoice: 1800 885 784

Talked to the agent about a lot of stuff, the agent finally giving me the recommendation to reinstall/restore my system to some earlier state (sucks btw).

If you mods would like the interaction it's on this reference ID:

So brings me to my question.

Where do I get that AlienAutopsy and why can't I just do the normal Dell PC Diagnostic when I go to the dell web page? I know my invoice don't have any alienautopsy anywhere and searching my PC from the start it wasn't there. My Service tag is

Hope someone can help me. Have a nice day!
