Action Duration in alienFX makes no difference on the theme and they are always 3 seconds long. So all transitions are slow regardless of whether I change the settings.
We are sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately, we do not have a fix for this issue. It is a glitch with the Alienware Command Center and we have received several reports from different customers regarding the same issue. Our engineering department is aware of the problem, but they have no provided us with any updates so far in regards to a fix. If we receive an update on this, we will make sure to let everyone know.
