ALIENWARE 14 problems loose headphones jack/mic not working
i bougth an alienware 14 in the end of the summer, now the headphones jack is loose and it says thera are allways headphones connected so the speakers do not work, also the microphone stopped working help please, i live in mexico and the support chat dosent hork helo please sorry for my grammar

have you tried plugging a new set of headphones in and removing the plug? This might do the trick, and in the future it helps to tell more about your problem, besides saying the jack is loose as that really doesnt help

I agree with Master Chef, try another headphone to see if it works properly and as well check that headphone in another computer if possible.
