Alienware 15 r3 using couple days crashing

Hi! Im using my new Alienware 15 r3 from just couple days and I've expirienced windows crashing blue screen with sad face I think 5 or 6 times already. Sometimes just after stating computer. Also its lagging in games. I checked CPU temp during gaming and it was even 95-96. Should I contact dell??? I am not very good with computers so didnt even change my cpu settings I mean overclocking. I have intel i7 7820hk, gtx 1070,  8Gb ram and sometimes its lagging in bf1 alot. I  thought maybe 8Gb ram is not enough. I have this laptop about one week, could You give me some advice please?

    Hello , 

    Please send me your Service Tag in a PM, select the message option on the window that comes up when you hover your mouse to my username. Let me know if you are not able to do this.
